The American Legion Riders Post 383 (ALR383) is a family oriented “Riders Group” with a mission:

• To support veterans, active duty personnel and their families
• To promote patriotism
• And to enhance motorcycle safety.

ALR383 participates in local parades, wreath laying ceromonies, motorcycle “Runs” and charitable events to raise money in support of veterans’ organizations.  Many ALR383 members are also members of the Patriot Guard who “Welcome home” active duty personnel returning from assignment and ride in memorial events honoring our fallen heroes.  

Our members are drawn from the American Legion, Auxiliary members and Sons of the American Legion (SAL) who enjoy motorcycle riding and events.  Membership requirements are listed in our “About Us” Page.

We always welcome new members and encourage guests who would like to “ride along” on our events to see if the ALR is for you.  No invitation is necessary, just check our events page and join in.  All you need is a desire to have fun and ride safely.  Please bring proof of insurance and a valid motorcyle rated license.
